Brand & History
The factory of JS (Hebei Jinsheng) was established in 1983, started from producing steel flanges for shipbuilding only. With the growth of production capability and the customers’ requirements, we added the production lines of flanges and fittings. Now, our supply chain of coated steel pipes is stable enough to produce standard and customized coated steel pipes.

JS Coated Steel Pipes
A pipeline coating is a cost-effective and sensible solution that is done purposely to maintain pipelines’ integrity. This coating helps in providing a constant protective lining that helps in saving pipelines from the damaging effects of corrosion.
3lpe Coated Pipe
3 layers polyethylene coating (3LPE) is a multilayer coating composed of three functional components: an FBE primer, a grafted copolymer adhesive, and an outer layer of polyethylene to provide excellent corrosion protection and mechanical protection for oil & gas pipelines at operating temperature up to 80oC.
Epoxy Coated Pipe
The use of Epoxy Coated Steel Gas Pipes are seen in gas supply systems. The coating could be applied by powdered, liquid or solid metallic line conditions. Epoxy Lined Steel Pipe is used in natural gas, water, sewage, petroleum, refineries and power plants as well. The Epoxy Coated Carbon Steel Pipes can be stronger as the pipe material does not need to be corrosion resistant.
FBE Coated Pipe
The FBE Coated Carbon Steel Pipe is used in many applications which require extreme corrosion resistance over long periods of time. The metal pipes in the construction industry come in contact with cement and remain untouched for a long time use the FBE Coated Pipe because it prevents the pipes from corroding.
CRA Cladding Pipe
The use of corrosion-resistant alloys (CRA) is increasing in the pipeline industry as more and more pipelines are operated under highly corrosive conditions especially in offshore areas. Compared to solid CRA, clad and lined pipes are less expensive and they provide a good balance between good mechanical properties of the carbon-steel carrier pipe and the corrosion resistance of the internal CRA layer.
Galvanized Steel Pipe
Electrically leached zinc (Zn) – acts as anode and in a corrosive environment it corrodes first and the base metal is cathodically protected against corrosion. The zinc layer thickness may be in the range of 5 to 30 micrometers (µm).
Cement Coated Pipe
Concrete Coated Steel Pipes are used in many industries such as potable water and sewage applications mainly. The Cement Lined Steel Pipe or the Cement Mortar Lined Steel Pipes are common in carbon steels. The application of the Cement Lined Carbon Steel Pipe reduces the cost by eliminating the need for anticorrosive pipes but it increases the risk of cracking of cement during handling.
